Joni Bailey
In 2008, Joni joined the staff at Mobberly Baptist Church as the administrative assistant to Dr. Gregg Zackary. When the vision of an expanded counseling ministry was birthed, she played an integral part in planning and preparing the new office space. Transitioning from administrative assistant to office manager, her job is to continue assisting Dr. Zackary in all ministry aspects of the counseling office and the marriage ministry of Mobberly. She oversees the scheduling of appointments, financial reporting, and interfaces and supports local churches in setting up counseling partnerships. She is excited about serving as a marriage mentor, along with her husband Chris, through Mobberly’s Merge and Foundation community groups. Joni finds it a blessing to watch God at work, moving in the lives of so many people to bring healing out of hurt and to see them on the path of hope.
