Justin Robinson, LPC

Associate Counselor

Justin is a Southern California native, who has over 7 years’ experience working with adolescents, parents, and families. He was saved his junior year in college through a local sports ministry and has been passionate about sharing the gospel and helping others ever since.  After serving in a number of prison and sports ministries while working on his bachelors’ degree, Justin felt called to pursue a career in counseling. He enrolled at Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in Fort Worth where he received a Masters of Arts in Marriage and Family counseling.

 

Justin is a licensed professional counselor who specializes in working with adolescents, parents, and families in crisis. He also has extensive experience working with individuals and couples struggling with depression, anger, anxiety, marital conflict, substance abuse, attachment issues, and provides parenting skills.

 

Justin provides counseling for individuals, families, couples, and groups; And utilizes a holistic approach in counseling that will focus on all aspects of the person’s life – which includes mental, physical and spiritual struggles.  Justin’s counseling style is very relational, non-judgmental, practical and goal-oriented. He also utilizes cognitive behavioral therapy to work alongside clients to help them make connections between their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. Justin also utilizes dialectical, relational, and solution focused therapy.

 

Justin has been happily married to his wife Sarah since October 2010 and was blessed with a beautiful daughter, Aubrey in January of 2018.
