Preschool
Sunday 9:30 & 11 a.m.
Birth Through Kindergarten
Our purpose is to help parents buildstrong, spiritual foundations in the lives of their children and to lead children toward a personal and ever-growing relationship with Jesus Christ. Each week children experience God’s word by learning Bible stories, Bible verses, Bible values and Bible skills. Fun, focused activities help children develop positive attitudes toward God, Jesus, the church and others. Our Preschool Team is made up of people who have trusted Christ as their personal Savior and desire to share God’s love with children. All staff have completed our screening process, including a criminal background check. Parents may request a pager so they can be contacted if needed while their child is in our care.
He established a testimony in Jacob and set up a law in Israel, which he commanded our fathers to teach to their children so that a future generation — children yet to be born — might know. They were to rise and tell their children so that they might put their confidence in God and not forget God’s works, but keep his commands.
Elementary
Sunday 9:30 & 11 a.m.
Grades 1-4
Our first through fourth grade curriculum is especially designed to lead children toward choosing Jesus as their personal Savior and friend and to help them grow in their relationship with him once this choice is made. We emphasize life application of the truths in God’s word, long term Bible memory, development of a quiet time and Bible skills. All this is presented in a loving environment where building relationships with children is a priority. Teachers are screened and receive ongoing training for our Children’s Ministry Team.
Preteen
Sunday 11 a.m.
“Stay grounded and steady in that bond of trust, constantly tuned in to the Gospel, careful not to be distracted or diverted.” Colossians 1:23
Mobberly desires to develop preteens who are grounded in the Word and ready for the world. These can be trying years for preteens, as they begin to experience greater independence from parents, interact in peer relationships and begin to develop their image of self. We have high expectations that each preteen will grow in their personal relationship with Jesus Christ, develop a Biblical worldview, develop relationships with peers and caring Christian role models, experience church as a place for good, clean fun and develop an attitude of service.
